    Default Dealing with stress.

Stress is no good for Lupus, so I was wondering if there are any tips from anybody when it comes to handling stress. My biggest problem is opposition supporters in football believe it or not. Im a massive Essendon supporter (Australian football league) and I just HATE the bull that comes out of opposition supporters mouths and I get so angry haha, sounds abit odd I know, however Essendon fc is my life. I need to deal with stress alot better because I feel like hooking someone at times. HEEELP hahaha.

ha ha, well what do you expect if you are an AFL follower. I used to be in a tipping contest, and I got the wooden spoon two years in a row. I tell you, it is harder to win the wooden spoon than to be in the lead.

I would suggest, especially if you are walking around like an old man with joint problems, to take up following lawn bowls instead. If you think following an AFL team and not be stressed, you are living in another world.

Start going for the Kangaroos, much better option haha. That's so funny you say that though because I get so worked up watching the footy my mum always says to me (half joking half serious) to calm down because I shouldn't be stressed cos of the lupus!
Dunno how to fix this one tho ;-)

There is no hope for no stress for a football fan "Australian or American style". My team hasn't been on top for years and I get so ag grevivated at them for stupid mistakes. As for the fans of the opposition..... Blah they can jump in the lake or ocean..... Who cares what they think, it's all hot air anyway.
