the benefits to everyone are worth the effort.
the cost is restrictive.
and the taste takes a little getting used to.
(you cannot use the usual additives)
i now eat a low gluten diet.
i use rye bread, and very little gluten products.
the cost is more acceptable, and as i am not a seliac, a little of a bad thing is ok.
find a balance you are happy with.
