Colleen, did you ever ask about a muscle relaxer? I take a low dose of one every night. It helps a lot

I have some muscle relaxers here that I had for something else. When the cramps were really bad I was actually on them for the other problem. But I think I may try again. I had blood work last week and my potassium came up a bit ( I think the bananas are working)LOL. I really am wondering if they are a side effect of one of the meds I'm on and now they have just gone and added another one (with lots of side effects) for my heart arrythmia. I see my doc on Mon and will mention this again to her and in the mean time I will try the muscle relaxer...
I am glad to hear the bananas are working mate, my hubby keeps telling me to have one a day but the things lodge on me.
I really sympathize with you with the muscle spasms they're a right pain and don't half hurt but i do hope the muscle relaxer helps in some way and best of luck seeing your doctor colleen.
Love Terri xxx

I have also danced for 25 years.Instead of slippers I was wearing 9 1/2 inch heels! I was waundering was there any other tricks of the trade u suggest. I cannot wear flat shoes anymore. I think my foot is going to stay in a 90 degree angle for the rest of my life. Not only do my feet & calf's cramp at night ,they also cramp when. awarding float shoes. I wonder is there anyway a doctor could correct them. I hate the thought of correcting anything by surgery ,but if have to life w/this pain on top of everything else I would be willing!?!?
