    Default Help!

So, This morning I woke up with pains in my stomach, on both sides of my body, about where my kidneys would be, except in the front. the pain level has been a constant 5 or 6 on a scale of 1 to 10, I know thats not too much, but like I said, Its been all day, and hasnt gotten any better. what should i do?

Call the Doctor or go to the emergency room. It may be something important

Don't put off calling the doctor when you have pain that's more than normal pain. You could get in more trouble for waiting.

Yes, by all means see your doctor ASAP. If a PCP isn't available, go to the emergency room. I know it's an old cliche, but better safe than sorry. Let us know how you are doing when you are able.

I agree with everyone else. Get to the doctor ASAP

I called the doctor, and am now waiting for his assistant to call me.

The pain started to go away. Its now only a constant 2. Still no call from the doctor. Gotta love that.

what did the dr say? it sounds like it could be diverticulitis attack if it's more severe on the left than the right which would need antibiotics.
As long as this body works, I am going to enjoy life to the fullest for each second of every moment that I can.
