    Default Cold on one side

OK, so this one is new to the books, at least for me. For the past couple of weeks, I have had, off and on, my left ear, left arm, and left hand feeling achy and cold. Especially my hand and my ear, I just can't seem to keep them warm, and have to apply direct heat just to be comfortable. I havent noticed any change in color in the areas that are cold, but, it is cold to the touch, so, I know Im not imagining it.

    Anyone else have this?

I haven't experienced this but I am sure someone will come around soon that has. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

I'm sure you're not imagining it. I've been having a very similar problem as well. Sometimes, just sitting in my living room watching TV, I'll have to cover up only the left side with a blanket. Half my body feels feverish and the other half feels ice cold, even to other's touch. I lay down to rest with one leg hanging out of the blanket. As long as there is no change in skin color it should be fine, but you should still let your doctor know if it persists.

    teressa,

just a thought...are you diabetic? I am diabetic and before I was diagnosed I would have this happen and after I was diagnosed I realized it was only when my blood sugar wasn't stable that it did happen. I also have Raynaud's but that seems to hit both sides equally.
