Angry my body out of whack

hi went to gp today have been dizzy and nausea for 2 weeks now everyday. she is ordering tests but she believes i have low iron .my potassium is low she said drink gatorade or powerade, and my bloodpressure is 146/96 have headaches and fatigue and bad pain on top of all of that took mexotrexate and have not got of toilet with the runs and stomach cramps. she thinks the heat is causing my potassium to be low and that i am anemic and this also could be causing my bloodpressure to rise so turned out to be great weekend i say sarcastically i am truly sick of this never ending story just wish i could get off this carousel of lupus thanks for listening to me vent hugs kim l

    Kim,
I use a low sodium salt that is potassium instead of sodium. This seems to help me with the potassium levels. It's called NuSalt here in the states. I would think that you could find one like it there.
