Well, I went to the doctor yesterday and he said that I have a bad RA flare, because I have a swelling in my hip, in my knee, in my foot joint and in my back. He thinks because of the inflammation in those joints, the pain travels up and down my leg.
He upped my anti inflamatories and muscle relaxers, so far no relief. The pain is so intense.
I was so very miserable ay work today.
Cross your fingers, that this pain will go away soon, I can't take it much longer.

I may have been dealt a bad hand, but at least I'm still playing with a full deck. ( most of the time anyway).

I don't know if this will help you, but it's always made me feel better. Soaking in a hot tub. It relaxes the muscles; icy hot is working for me at the moment. Moving is also important for your hip (at least for me, if I let mine go it gets stiff and it hurts more)

Thank you for your tip, but I have tried heat and ice, nothing helped yet.
I still think it is a inflamed nerve, because it feels like nerve pain.
