I have been trying to exercise regularly, but, I find that my energy is so depleted by the end of my regular work day that if I want to do anything else (cook, clean, GO anywhere) exercise is almost out of the question. Or if I have enough energy TO do anything, it isn't for very long.
Does anyone know what I can do to keep some kind of regular beneficial exercise routine that won't completely drain my energy?
