    Funny how you guys are saying this about caffeine...I can't have it at all, I'm allergic! And I seem to be doing just fine without it so YES there IS life after caffeine! lol

    I've given up MOST vices, but I would truly hate giving up my coffee.
    I think that the Greek philosophers were right - All things in moderation. The scientists have been proving this right and left lately.
    Therefore, I'm serving us a varied and healthy diet, and enjoying SOME wine, SOME chocolate, and of course SOME MORE coffee.
    Hunniebun, I understand about the allergy. If I have even a tiny bit of Aspartame, I'm flattened by a migraine, so I avoid everything labeled diet or sugar-free.

    I cannot have any alchohol at all (mtx and alchohol not allowed for me) but I *LOVE* caffiene
