    Hi Slada,

ANCA is an acronym for Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody. ANCA's are a family of autoantibodies that fight off antigens in white blood cells. Basically, the presence of ANCA's, the type, and the amounts present can be a strong indicator of an autoimmune disorder, such as Lupus. From what I have read, the ANCA test is a fairly important test for both the initial diagnosis of an autoimmune disorder, as well as for monitoring disease activity after diagnosis. In my opinion, this is an important test, and you should seriously consider having it done.

The FEna test is a test to determine Fractional Sodium Excretion in urine. Simple explanation is that it's a way to evaluate kidney function, and is also an important test. Hope this helps.
