    Default VA denial on compensation

I applied for Agent Orange and got the letter just the other day. Their reason for turning me down was that I was not treated while in the service for Agent Orange exposure. It was not until 1989 that a government study showed all the effects Agent Orange can cause to a persons health. In that classified study it states auto-immune diseases as just one of the effects. So how can they turn me down on that statement. So now I have to appeal. I am going to request a video conference with the judge in Washington D.C. When he sees me trying to talk using a trake (sp) then maybe they'll admit they missed the boat and will award the service connected compensation.

Always a fight to get what we have earned.

    Keep fighting it, David.
They usually back down if they see that you're determined.
