Default I Think I Finally Beat My Sinus Infection

I have suffered with a sinus infection for at least three weeks. Moving didn't help as it stirred up all the dust and dirt in my old apartment. Finally, I felt pretty good today. By this I mean I can actually breathe through my nose. Unless you get these "sinus" problems like I do, it really means a lot to be able to breathe through your nose.

Did you get a prescription for antibiotics? If it doesn't go away, you might need one. Take lots of vitamin C, too - preferably esther C, and breathe in that nice sea air that you live near.

I suffered from really bad sinus infections for years, and years. So I know what you mean by being able to breathe through your nose. At one point, I was addicted to Neo Synephrine nose spray. I had to go to a specialist to get off of the stuff (lol). I also developed a immunity to several anti-biotics due to my many sinus infections.
I started using sinus wash once/month and taking daily meds for post nasal drip. Subsequently, I've not suffered from sinus infections for a long time.
I'm glad that you are feeling better, It might also have something to do with the ocean air. I always am free of sinus problems whenever I am close to the ocean. So, this move may be good for you in several ways that you had not considered

    Peace and Blessings

I was on antibiotics for 10 days. I am sure that helped to get rid of the infection. Also, I have been wondering if being so close to the ocean helps and there is no dust in this apartment yet as it was clean when I moved in.

YEAH DOW!! That's great! Have you gotten most of your things unpacked and getting comfie in your new home?

That's another great reason for living near the ocean...I'll have to tell my hubby that. I'd love to live near the ocean.
