Default when is the last time you had a virus that ran a full corse?

I get bouts of fever and flu like aches but this is different. I actually get a virus, what ever is going around, sometimes cold, sometimes flu or stomach virus. I will get symptoms, the cold for instance, Ill get the scratchy sore throat and everything else but then I go to bed. when I wake up in the morning its gone, no fever or stuffy nose or anything. I work with small children and they are little vectors for everything thats going around in the first world. rarely will I even catch anything at all but if I do it never runs a full coarse. I have not had the full flu since the one that gave me guillian barre syndrome in 2002. or anything else for that matter.

I assume that my immune system is a little hyper vigilant. maybe it got bored and needed a challenge so it started attcking me. who knows.

    anyone alse?

Its been more than a year since I've gotten "sick". When I was in high school (3-5) years ago, I caught every possible bug on the planet on top of my usual symptoms. But since I got to uni, I've only gotten sick twice, and have been "healthy" this year - no bugs!

    I can't explain it
