Well I came back with a soaking wet nightgown and had to chance that too so I wouldn't end up with pneumonia!

You know you have brain fog when you lock yourself out of the car for the umpteenth time at the gas station. You can see your keys in the ignition. You were in walking distance from home, but since your house key is also locked in the car, you can't get into your house to get the spare car key so you have no choice, but to call AAA. Happened to me two days ago.

You know you have brain fog when...

You leave Walmart with all your items. Open the car door, put the basket away and drive home only to find out that you left ALL of your items in the basket! I then called walmart and told them I would be back for them within 2 hours. I went back an hour later and guess what? They had re-stocked everything! Once again I had to go through the store, using my receipt as a list, and get all of my items a second time!

Have I mentioned I hate this disease?

You know you have brainfog when you head out to the shooting range for an afternoon of target practice, and you forget to bring the ammunition.

My best one so far is
you know you have brain fog when you bake a cake and can't figure out why it don't bake and you see the unopened bag of flour still sitting on the counter. I actually did that,
You know you have brain fog when you go to the local convenience store to buy a soda, get the soda and drive down the street to the next store and buy a soda again, only to have son tell you, that you just bought one.

But the best is for last
You know you have brain fog when you are writing out a grocery list and it goes like this
Bread, eggs, milk, dikes, sugar and your son tells you that he doesn't think they sale dikes at the store and you realize that you were trying to write drinks.

just thought I would share mine

You know you have brain fog when you can't remember how long it's been since you were diagnosed. I said 2 years when actually it's closer to 3.

    LOL, that is funny.

I may have been dealt a bad hand, but at least I'm still playing with a full deck. ( most of the time anyway).
