ohkayyy so the rheumatologist went okay. they are lowering my prednisone from 15 mg to 12.5:] i started on the lower dosage today. he said that i look really good but the only bad thing is that there was some inflammation that showed on my brain mri...which uhh doesnt really sound good. but he said it shouldnt be much to worry about. and that i have to have a follow up appointment with neurology.

the nephrology appointment went REALLY good. he said there was absolutely NO traces of any blood or protein in my urine :] yayyy!! he said for as of now, i dont have active lupus nephritis :] woohooo !

...and i see Dr. Demitrius Ellis, who is chief of nephrology at CHP.

Very good nephrologist...LOL! Small world! Glad you had 2 really good appointments! I hope that the brain inflammation is just a temporary minor thing and resolves soon!
