    Default Lupus in the SUMMER

    Hello Family;
    Each summer, I post some information to help us survive the heat and the sun. This year, I've done that in my blog. I hope that you find some of the information valuable!
    I hope that each and every one of us is able to enjoy the summer months!

    Peace and Blessings

    Thank Saysusie, We are going on a beach trip Thursday. So that will be so helpful.

    But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

    Take Care,
