    Default "Woke, once, the clays of a cold star..."

    Today I sunbathed. I was fully clothed but I lay beside a window with the sun coming inside. I made sure that no bare skin was exposed and I lay there soaking up the warmth on my back. I tell you when you avoid the sun -this is something you have to schedule in more often. Glory.

    sounds absolutely wonderful. i will have to try that, i hate avoiding the sun, so this will give me an option...i will definitely try it.
