Default Climbing the Ladder in the Animal Kingdom

Oooooo.....I just went from being a 'Puppy' to a 'Fierce Puppy'. Grrrrrrrrrrr! Watch out for me now.

These animals are pretty funny. So far they all seem like okay animals in the animal kingdom, but if I see any snakes, or any variations of, I will be outta here like nobody's business. lol

If we could choose our favorite animal for when we reach the top of the heap, mine would be a hummingbird. They are my fav....I am fascinated with the wing power. Wish I could fly like that...........I'd fly away from all my problems with Lupus.

    Default hi

Oh no.....i carnt see what i am ...but it could be a cobra...lol How unlucky am i? I'll post lots to get rid of it quick.

I like the idea though of flying. You know what i do sometimes, try it, its fun. Just as you are about to go to sleep, imagine your room. Then...imagine you flying out of your window and go to a place you like. I end up on the top of a hill not far from here. I am scared of the dark, so i always imagine a lampost on this hill, well its my imagination....lol Sometimes i feel my stomach turn over as i get so high as well. Before i know it......ive gone to sleep.Try it ....see if it works. Some people can actually do this and see real things going on.Like an out of body experience thing. Its what i use as my visualization technique for relaxation. And i always forget the chocolate lol.I'll try and remember that one....next time.

lori you have successfully made me laugh out loud today...thanks for the release.

My relaxation visualization is I picture myself sitting in the woods next to a flowing brook/small river. I take a leaf, put my worries on the leaf, put the leaf in the water, and watch it float away.
I can visualize a couple of these on those really bad nights, and i actually relax. anyway, it works for me.

You are most welcome for the laugh...I simply do not know what's gotten into me today...I am just full of it.

I love, love your visualization idea. That's great...I'm going to try it for sure. I don't have to actually be sitting by the creek thing do I? (Just jokin')

Thanks for sharing your great idea. I'm certain it will help others.
