Welcome! You are going to love it here, it is amazing! Everyone here is so loving and they are all very supportive. You will always find someone who is going through what you are going through and that makes all the difference with our disease. You are never alone and we are all here to help you get through the tough times and celebrate with you when things are wonderful!
I agree with sits_inthe_corner, make a list of all your symptoms and any questions you may have. Going in there like this will show the doctor that you are very serious about your health care . Do not leave until you have all your answers. One thing to remember is that do not worry if you do not like this doc. You have to find the best fit for you and it may take a few doctors to actually get there. Another thing to remember is that you need to have a copy of all you medical records sent to them or sent to you in order for you to give to the doctor. This will help the doctor see where you are at and what you are going through. He may not have to run certain tests and he may find that your previous doctor left something out. The more information you have when you walk into that office the better. Remember you are your own advocate when it comes to your health. Good luck and please keep us updated on how things are going
As I grow to understand life less and less,
I learn to love it more and more.
