    Default Blahhhhhhhhhhhsssssssssssssssssss!!!!

I don't know if it is because Christmas has come and gone, or if it is due to the fact that I fell yesterday pulling the muscles in my tummy where I just had surgery, or the fact that come Monday I am looking for a generl surgeon so I can go under the knife again  I have the blues :!: Mmmmm I bet I could right a blues song:

Went to the doctor, duh duh
Emergency surgery was on my mind, duh duh
Fell yesterday and now my tummy really hurts, ohhhhhh
    I got the blues, ohhhhhhhhh
The low down rotten Lupus Surgery blues

Hehehehehehehe :!: At least I can still make myself giggle, even if I am stuck in bed

    Thanks for listening

Oh man you cracked me up Danica. Did you ever see that movie
about the babysitter where she ends up with the kids at this scary
looking blues bar? The guy at the door tells her "Nobody leave's till they sing the blues",
so she sings the babysitting blues and the crowd goes nuts. I can't remember the name
of the movie, but it was really funny.
    Anyway, here's my contribution-

    Duh da da duh-
I got fog in my head

    Duh da da duh-
And my face is all red

    Duh da da duh-
    My Rheumo's a jerk

    Duh da da duh-
And I had to quit work

Cause I got them low down dirty Lupus blues!

    (sax solo, crowd goes wild)

I hope you escape the blah's soon. That's no fun. Good luck in your
search for a surgeon. And no more falling down!

Oh man guys, these are hilarious. Just a perfect way to help me start my day with a smile.

Rob, the movie was "Adventures in Babysitting" and the actress was Eliabeth Shue. That was one of my daughter's ALL TIME favorite movies and that scene was the reason!!

Peace and Blessings To You All.....in spite of your low down dirty lupus blues

Yep, that's the one Saysusie! I haven't seen it in years, I think I'll have to rent it. And Elizabeth Shue, wow. I never had any babysitters that looked like her! Nobody leaves this thread without singin' the blues people!
