    Sara

It's goofy sometimes. It will pick up on some fairly common words from time to time and censor them. Other times some mild cuss words get through. Anyway, no apology is needed. The program runs on it's own without any actual human input, And it screws up once in awhile. I don't want you to think that it's personal or you are being somehow singled out because you are not. It's just a computer progam that gets confused sometimes. I'm a moderator here and it accidentally censors me too from time to time. No biggie, don't worry about it Sara.

5am and I don't feel good at all. Had a very painful and swollen thumb in the night in the base. The veins in my wrist all stuck out and I thought it my dislocate. My back hurt too! Took some codeine and a diazapan that I had left over from when I was having muscle spasms - got me back to sleep for a couple of hours. Rash on my hands has come back in the last day or two as well Oh well I guess I better go back and try and get a bit more sleep - have to be up at half 6 for work

    Hugs sara

Sorry you had a rough go of it. How are you feeling now?

I had a thought about the rash on your hands. I get the same thing when I have too much acid in my system.

I can't eat oranges or lemon juice or grapefruit limes any citrus at all.

Also if I peel alot of carrots or eat to many tomatoe based foods.

The palms of my hands get hot and very itchy, break out in little water blisters then they dry up crack and bleed. Very painful.

So .... what have you been eating lately that may be too high in acid content?

    Hi Sara, I'm Robyn.
I'm sorry you aren't feeling well, I just wanted to stop off and say that you are really hilarious. I am sure my hubby and kids think that I have lost my mind. Sitting here, looking at the screen and laughing.
However, I am not going to tell them why. It's better to have them a little on edge.
    live, love and laugh often.
