    Default Po po pittiful feet

Aside from the arthritis and the battle of the toe nails which I'm not sure I'm winning...

I frequently have days when I feel that if I step the wrong way...I'm going hear a loud SNAP of a bone breaking. There's a weird tightness (no I dont mean anything to do with swelling ... I'm used to that) this is like brittle bone tight.

To day was a bad day for that...and other things...I'm very tired, cant think straight...cant remember things. I've forgotten more today then I learned all week. I just cant hold information in my mind.

It doesn't help that today was extreamly busy at work...everything I tried to do lead to four more things that needed doing.

I blanked out a few times. The phone would ring and I wondered what that noise was...scarey stuff.

Hoping for a good night's sleep...and wishing the same for you all too

    Goodnight

    OH SITC,

I am so sorry to hear about your day. I really hate it when the fog decends.
How much worse when you are at work....

    May tomorrow be much better.

    Good night and sweet dreams,

    Karen

Hey, maybe I should sing you a lullaby.

    SITC,

Hope your sleep was sound...has the fog lifted or still trying to find your way with a beacon light?

Toe nails..? Too long, too short..like bird claws or stubs? Has the lube between your joints dried out...making the snap. My feet make a crunching noise when I take my first step. Like stepping on a potato chip the cat forgot to Hoover up.

    Head hugs....

    Hugssss Owula...

So happy to see you posting

I went for more blood work today...then I called my doctor's office to book an appointment for next tuesday. I'm going to ask how her converstion went with the specialist...and if my blood work is still showing as boarder line I'm gonna say I want to see a different rhuemy.

I woke up this morning in a sweat..felt like I was burning up with a fever...so I took my temp...97 lol. Now I feel warm but my body temp is still under normal.

And how is Owula doing? I read your earlier post...I'm glad you are coming around. You had me worried...saddens me to think of you suffering on your own like that.

Course when I'm down with what ever this is...I perfer to be alone...I'm just not fit company for anyone. Thank goodness for my cat and dog...they dont care if I'm grumpy and they perfer it if I just lay still so they can dog pile on me lol

hugssss girlie...you are in my thoughts

    There you are...

I do feel much better. Too much on my platter, not a plate. A plate wouldn't hold it all. I needed a turkey platter. Too many symptoms happening at once, body changes, pear rotting, adjusting to new glasses, back disk and IT...wholly cripes. I was like a pimple coming to a head. Those undergrounder types as I call them, that hurt, and wane, pushing up through the layers of skin...a sebaceous zit. Well, I popped...

The cold and then hot flashes in the frying pan, I am beginning to believe it is all hormonal.

A few days back I came off the 10 day excursion of the progesterone...whoa nellie...the clothed evening showers while I slept had started up again. While on them I would wake up warm, but not like this. Now it is like it was before..maddening to have to wake up from such from an indoor terenchal rain storm. I got the bed wrinkle skin again..ugh.

Have you had your hormones check lately. I am seriously considering HRT in the smallest form after my surgery. Just to see if it helps with my concentration, my dry skin, my moods, sleepless nights...wet nights

I also think Plaquenil is losing its effect on IT..I am in too much pain. The furrows between my eyes looks like two canals...need a place to canoe at? Sometimes the grimacing gives me a severe headache. I think I have been trying to choke down too much pain. One more week, a new rheumatologist...I hope you can get a referral for another one.

My Moomoo, grandmum in Finnish, she use to sit in her rocker with one wool sock on and the the other with just a rolled up to the knee nylon. I think she did that to regulate her body temperature...

Drink a hot Toddie with your left foot in the snow.... I wish you better days and soon....

    Back at ya...huggssssssssss...
