    Default hi....just diagnosed

Hi.... I am Jessica 20 yrs old and I was just told I have lupus. I am not sure how to take it and I haven't even told my husband yet. I wanna tell him but there are several things complicating telling him. I am already fairly sick and he is always worried about me. I also have Celiacs disease which i doubt any one here may know what that is. But who knows??? I am use to being sick but i just hope i don't continue to get even sicker. I just wish what to expect.

    Hi Fable
Welcome to our family! You have already discovered that there are members here who are close to your age and who know exactly what you are going through. ILoveHistory has been a most welcome member for quite some time now and has also been very supportive and quite informative!
As she said, there are many of us who are familiar with Celiac Disease. If you need any information or help with either disease, we are here to help you as much as you can.
With reference to your husband, I would suggest that it is best to tell him everything. Let him come here to us if he has questions or needs more information. But, it would be best if he knew as much as possible about both of your illnesses, their medications and the side-effects of medications, how these illnesses affect you and what things you need to do to help you manage these diseases. It would probably be much easier if both of you were well informed and able to make decisions together about your health.
I wish you the very best and remember, both you and your husband can come to us at any time and there will always be someone here to help you!
    Peace and Blessings
