Default Books on nutrition by Patrick holford

Hi all, havin a cold day here in cape town.

However I do have a little question for the rest of my lupie family, has anyone
ever used any books by the above author, Patrick Holford,.

Some of his book titles include,
    The new optimum nutrition bible
    the low GL diet
Food is better medicine than drugs.

All these books make promising predictions, and the author It seems is rather famous.

So could anyone please let me know if they used any of these books, and if it helped as the author claims it will.

I don't know about the books, Morpheus, but I saw the "Today Show" was in Cape Town today!

    Hi Morpheus!

My mother has got 'The New Optimum Nutrition Bible' and I think that she has used it and enjoyed it quite a lot.

    I hope that this helps!

    Keep well!

    Oh Morpheus,

It was so nice to read your post.....I've wondered if you trotted off to a new paradise somewhere else and keeping it a secret from us all (smile).

Congratulations on the new job.....WHAT WONDERFUL NEWS TO READ !!!

About the diet book: I am tettering between late stage 3 and stage 4 in CKD (chronic kidney disease)....I basically have to watch salt and proten. I think I drink enough water to float a fleet of ships (say that three times really fast....hee heee).

I wish you the best, it sounds like you're taking good care of yourself and that things are going well.

Stay in touch, we miss you - you know?

    Much love,
