    Default Book recommendation

I got this book out of the library just today and it seems like it will be a must read for anyone with lupus, or any autoimmune disorder.

It's called: "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Autoimmune Disorders: The Revolutionary Drug-free Treatments for Thyroid Disease, Lupus, MS, IBD, Chronic Fatigue, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and other Diseases"

By: Stephen B. Edelson, MD and Deborah Mitchell

I have just started to read this book so this is all I'll say for now. If anyone has read it already, please share your thoughts about it. I will post again while I'm reading it so that if you're on the fence about getting it, you'll have more information to decide.

    Take care.

    Hi Pjay,

I was wondering how your reading was coming along and what your thoughts on your new book were? I'm always interested in reading good useful information.

    Thanks for your input.

    Much love,
