    Default evening primrose oil

    Hi
I have tried Evening Primrose oil and it does help with mentrual stuff. It just takes a while to get working (a month or 2). also its helps the skin and hair as its an essential fatty acid. I use a magic bag as well (microwavable) - it helps soothe all pain.
    all the best,
    Karen

    Hi Everyone!

This is just something important, which I felt that I should mention due to my own experience with this.

WARNING: LAMICTAL/LAMICTIN (LAMOTRIGINE) IS AN ANTI-EPILEPTIC DRUG. THERE IS A DRUG INTERACTION BETWEEN LAMOTRIGINE AND EVENING PRIMROSE OIL.

Please, everyone! If any of you are on Lamictal/Lamictin/Lamotrigine, please, please, please, PLEASE do NOT take Evening Primrose Oil. Seriously, I learnt the hard way and I do not want anyone else to have to go through that. My doctor told me to take Evening Primrose Oil for severe menstrual cramps, so I never even considered the possibility that it might interact with my anti-epileptic drug, but it did.

    Thanks and keep well!
