Hi Kathy -
I like the term the "dontwannas." I (fortunately) don't feel like I"m depressed much, but sometimes a little sad, jealous, down, and defintiely dontwanna do some things or be around people. I don't think it's a bad thing every once in a while. I seem to recoup energy by spending some time alone, which allows me to be able to have energy when I need it.
I'll be thinking of you, Kathy. It's nice to have help taking care of things, but hard when you have to feel like you need to take care of (to some extent) that same person. I'm sure that's how everyone with children feels all the time!
