My problem is that I fall asleep early at night :sleeping: and end up waking up a few hours later. Then I'm awake for an hour or 2, then fall back asleep again. But because I didnt get my 5-6 hrs of sleep, I feel so tired when i wake up and get ready for work. :morning: I feel like I only take naps. I hardly ever sleep through the entire night. I used to take Tylenol PM to help me sleep, but I refuse to take anymore medicine. Oh what to do? :?
