    Default Unemployment FINALLY!

It took 2 1/2 months but my unemployment finally came through. Until today, I've been getting letters after my biweekly filing that my case was still pending. My exboss is going to flip out! Couldn't happen to a lousier guy . The accompanying letter stated that there was no intentional disregard of my obligation to my former employer nor could my former employer substantiate his claims against me. The truth has prevailed!!!

So glad you got your unemployment. Unfortunately, my boyfriend did not get his. He has decided not to go through the appeal process. Not because he doesn't deserve his unemployment, but because they are basing the denial on something totally different from what the real cause was.
