Default Melatonin linked to Lupus flares?

I've recently read an article that said Melatonin has been linked to causing Lupus flares.
I've started taking melatonin recently and i have started feeling really crappy.

Has any one else experienced this? I hate it because my insomnia has been so bad that melatonin or literal sleeping aids have been my only way to sleep.

    help!!

I've taken melatonin for years and have not noticed a change in my flares because of it.

one of the main supplies of melatonin is st johns wort.

please look into drug interactions before taking it.
this is not a good drug for many of us,

please check with your pharmacist first.
