    Cool I just thought of something

    Something that we all need.

    When Lupus and Life get you down, get a good night's sleep. Then you can hit the ground - running/walking /crawling (LOL). Quiet time with a cuppa tea helps me.

    That is, actually, excellent advice. Sometimes, I find that when I am getting overwhelmed with Lupus and Life, my body just automatically shuts down..I fall asleep! When I awake, I am not so stressed and am able to make better decisions about my day.
    A cup of tea is also my "go to" beverage (lol)

    I go to the forest, since I live only a couple of miles from it. There is a lake there and lots of wildlife, birds, squirrels, etc. Nature helps me to clear my mind, take a break and refocus.

    Moonbeam, at the moment I live in a fifth floor condo, there are catwalks across the front for each floor. I like to go out there after dinner look out to sea and feel the breeze on my face. Look up at the stars and feel the stress just blow away.
