I do get this quite often .....
not always as severe as you are describing.
I have spoken to several different medical professionals about this.
and I am led to believe that it is quite often poor circulation
the fact that there is heat in the hands, but they feel cold on the inside,
is what suggests circulation to me.
we have shunts just under our skin ....
these direct blood flow around our skin area.
if these shunts are in the wrong position ...
blood will flow around near our skin, loosing oxygen, and not back to our heart.
this circulating blood does not remove all of our toxins from our cells and muscles,
Raynaud's is also another possibility.
