    Default Question about posting links

I have a question about the forum rule against posting links.

I understand and respect that you don't want people selling stuff posting on the message board. But what about links that refer people to more information on a topic we are discussing. Should those still be located only in the Links section?

    For example:

    (1) In a post I wanted to share information I had posted in another section of the forum without repeating myself. Can I paste a link to that other post?

    (2) In a post about the difference between MS and Lupus I wanted to refer to the MS society website and the Lupus Foundation website. Should that be in a separate post in the links section??

Thanks! I just want to make sure I don't inadvertently mess up and get kicked out!!!

    Hi Sheryl

    1) Yes, you can paste a link to another post.
    2) Yes, you can refer to other websites in your posts. I have done both myself.

However, we would also like you to post those website links here. Often, I come here just for the links so that I do not have to read through all of the posts to find them. It just makes it a bit easier

    Peace and Blessings
