    Default New Beginnings

My son and daughter-in-law are expecting their first child. He was "due" last week. If he doesn't spontaneously appear before Wednesday morning the doctor will be inducing my daughter-in-law and I'll be a Nonnie either Wednesday or Thursday. I'm so thrilled for them and our family!

Like the seasons, there are many changes taking place in my life. This is but one of several new beginnings and I couldn't be happier. It's taken some true soul searching, some tragedies and a couple of miracles, but the future is bright and overall, life is good. I am so very, very lucky.

Things aren't progressing very quickly. I'm thinking my little man won't make his appearance until tomorrow. As long as he and his mama are healthy, that's fine by me.

Keep us posted. He is just warm and toasty in there and isn't sure about all those noises coming from outside that place
