Default Need to find out what this means

What do they mean with this. This was my test result.Lillian

    SM/RNP Anibody

    SM/RNP AB Interprstation

    3.00 ( H) Positive (A) <OR=1.00 Negative

RNP Antibodies are found in mixed connective tissue Disease (MCTD, SLE RA Sjogren's Syndrome, Progressive systemic sclerosis, and drug induced LE.the presence ofRNP Antibodies in the absence of SM and DNA Antibodies suggests MCTD,while the absence of RNP usually rules out MCTD.

    Reference range:
Negative: Less than or equal to 1.00 index
    Positive: greater than 1.00 index

I have to agree that is confusing.

Is that all the test results you have. Usually they give you seperate results fpr each test?

I'm defintely no expert, but I'd guess it means that your test level was 3.0 which is considered high - the (H) - or positive for the RNP antibody.
A reading less than or equal to 1.0 would be considered average (A) or negative.

But ask your doctor to be sure!
