Keeping a diary
So I'm going to get my act together and keep a diary since I don't know what's making me feel poorly currently (I know I have lupus LOL but I'm wondering if its more predictable than I think...)
What things do I need to include? I'm thinking food, weather, activities, sleep, current events (ie, things I might be stressing over etc)
Last year I thought my hayfever was knocking me out, this year I'm thinking maybe it's the sun, I just don't know lol

Pretty much everything can be a trigger, thats the bad thing about lupus. Also regular illnesses like the common cold will trigger a flare for me and heat. I know I have tried to keep a diary plenty of times and even bought me a pretty journal but I always forget about it and it still sits empty on my book shelf.
I just want to know if I feel so rubbish because of sun or hayfever or is it some other weird thing that coincidentally happened this time last year? Wish there were some rules Lupus would follow!!
