    Default Joint pain suggestions

My knees and toes are throbbing. I was wondering if y'all had any suggestions. There is no swelling and I have raynaud's so I am avoiding hot or cold treatments. What has worked in the WHL world?

I've consulted with my docs previously, so I've got a "regimen" that I follow, and a protocol for escalation. sounds fancy, eh? When I feel the little stuff coming on, I usually reach for the ibuprofen, or the naproxen. I try to keep it simple (and minimal), if possible. Sometimes, some light exercise can help also.
