Default mental health therapist that specializes on chronic illness

I'm going through severe depression and anxiety. I was diagnosed on 2010 after an intense 6 month flare endangering my life. I have to come to terms that my Life will never be the same. My primary referred me to a specialist for chronic health conditions. When I saw her yesterday, she said she could not help me, that I'm in severe crisis and would need intensive 3-4 days a week. Even though my co pays are 20 bucks each time and I can't afford it because I've been on short term disability 3 months now. Im going to make the sacrifice of going to therapy, I don't know how we'll manage. But we have to figure out a way.
Diagnosed in 2010 with SLE, recurring pericarditis, pericardial and pleural effusions. Fibromyalgia, Avascular Necrosis on both knees, IBS, Gastroparesis, migraines, DVT's, Pulmoray Emboli. Arthritis, pinched nerves and bulging disk all on the neck. Hyperthyroid issues. Neuropthy, anemia and insomnia "taking it one day at a time, what more can I do"

some of the decissions we need to make are not easy.
i am almost constantly fighting depression.
just as i think i am getting a handle on things....... i fall back into a bad state.

now that you are aware of your issue..... you are already on the road to recovery.
i hope you can find a way to keep up the sessions.
now is the best time to fight this.
the longer you are in a bad state..... the harder it is to readjust.

i will be thinking of you, and waiting to hear of your progress.

Nearly every thing you listed I have dealt with or am dealing with. You are right dear, you take one day at a time. The depression and anxiety are horrible and difficult to control. It's nice to know we can come here and talk to others that are going through the same thing.
