I know it's not within 200 miles of you, but I was treated by William Snape, MD of California Pacific Medical Center for Gastroparesis, a motility disorder. I was asked to participate in a research study for GP, the tests that were conducted as part of the study led to my diagnosis of SLE and Sjogren's.

Dr Snape referred me to a rheumy who was highly regarded for her work/research in the field of Sjogren's and the connection between GI issues and AI disorders.

Have you used "motility disorders" as part of your search terms? It may help. Or go to CPMC's website and their materials may give you some ideas as they have some very comprehensive info available, especially if you're just getting started down the GI road. Good luck!
