    Default Suzi here :)

Hi, my name is Suzi. I've just had my first post diagnosis flare. I think I was secretly hoping that a diagnosis would stop my flares Well, that didn't work. Now I'm focusing on discovering a better way to track my flares and possible triggers. I've created a database and will undoubtedly be tweaking it for months to come.

I'm glad to find this group!

Hi Suzi, welcome to the forum. I understand what you mean about wishing you could avoid that next flare. I'm always hoping some talisman or another will prevent my next flare...maybe if I eat this or avoid that, maybe if I exercise more and go to sleep earlier...maybe if I flirt with the phlebotomist my blood work will come out better this time. Hang in there!
