    Cool HI

Hi, my name is Kelanie and i am a 17 year old young lady who has lupus/arthritis and fibro. This is my senior year. Things have been very stressful for me due to always missing school and i guess i was looking for a site where i can have support and meet other people who have lupus.

    hi kelanie,
this site has unfortunatelly had a few new members in similar situations.

i say unfortunatelly, because we do not like to hear that lupus is effecting people.

but it is great that you have found us.
there is a section called "teens forum"

this forum is like any of the other forums..... but usually teens or young 20's are there to talk to you.

    hope you find friends here

Hi there Kelanie(95), and "welcom to WHL forums!" Sounds like you have a full plate like a lot of the other young folks on here. If you feel the need to "rant" about your situation, don't hesitate. Everyone here understands.

Welcome! I remember senior year, I actually had a good year lupus wise. Just don't get too stressed out about college and stuff because it is stressful.

I was diagnosed at 16 and my senior was really rough too. I'm 20 now, things are going a little bit better. If you ever want to talk you can message me here or on my facebook page which is in the teens section. Eventually things will get easier Hope you are doing well! At least winter break is coming up
