I'm so sorry about your illness. I've had several flares since changing meds and I know that if I were in a constant flare, I can't imagine how I would react. I have found a little help in changing my diet, and I mean a little so it's totally just a suggestion. I reduced my caffeen to one soda per day. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables and little meat -- maybe fish. I admit it has been hard on my IBS so I added Metamusle (sp?) the stuff you put in water to add fiber and help your intestines. It's worked. I still get flares but they seem less intense. It's worth a try anyway!

    Hi Kim,
I'm glad that the doc is addressing your problems.
Is there any chance that you could see a nutritionist for some help with those dietary changes?
    Hugs,
