Default I think I took my meds twice today

    Darn brain fog.

I think I took my evening meds twice tonight. After dinner I take 400 mg of Plaquenil and 20 mg of Adalat XL. I'm pretty sure I took my pills after dinner then I went grocery shopping and when I got home I think I took them again.

Do you think this is an issue? Has anyone done this before?

    Thanks for any advise.

I usually forget to take them. Like today. Though if I can't remember if I took them or not I don't. I think I'll start a chart and mark x's for taking them

Oh well, I commiserate with you.
    I think

I take 200mg of plaq in the morning, and 200 in the evening, and I've accidentally doubled one of those doses a couple of times before with no problem. If you accidentally double up everyday, that would bad, but once in awhile has been no problem for me.

I don't know about Adalat, as I've never taken it.

Thanks, I made it through the night so I guess it's OK.

I did have a rough one though. You know that feeling you get when you fall asleep on your arm and goes numb and hurts? Well both of my arms felt like that most of the night. I've been having that for months now, but usually its only one arm and it doesn't last long. I've been up for 30 minutes now and it won't go away. My guess is that its the Adalat...but what do I know.

I'll keep an eye on it and see my doc next week if it doesn't go away.

I don't usually take to more than I usually do but I forget. I'd say start putting them in a weekly pill organizer but I have like 4 of those and am always too lazy to refill them. I found a great solution by using a small tuber-ware I put all my days pills in it then set it on the kitchen counter. That way I take my days pills and every time I go in the kitchen I see my little tub with the bright pink lid and that reminds me to take them all and if it's empty then I know I took them.

I used to leave my pill bottles out as a reminder and thought that I was doing a good job of remembering my meds-until the end of the month and ended up with different amounts of meds left in the bottles-either pharmacy was wrong or I wasn't as dilligent as I thought.
Now I use the weekly pill organizers-I fill 2 at a time so I only have to do once every 2 weeks.
