Default Swollen sore mouth - but not dry

I woke up this morning feeling like I'd been beaten up, so it's pretty obvious I'm in a flare. But I've noticed something today I've not had before. The inside of my mouth is swollen....all of it! It's not dry or overly red or angry looking. But the inside of my cheeks and lips are just fat and tender. Very bizarre. Anyone experiences this and have any hints/tips on anything to soothe it?

Honestly it sounds like a allergic reaction, maybe you should try taking some benydral that will at least help with the swelling even if it isn't an allergic reaction. I'm not a doctor so it could be something else but thats just what it sounds like to me.

    Shine,
Could it be swollen glands? I know that is common with Sjogren's.
BTW - I forwarded your travelpod site to my grandson. His family is planning a trip to Australia in 2014. Grandma & Grandpa are thinking about going too!
    Hugs,
