I drink CHAMOMILE TEA, take 5mg of Diazepam and Meditate ("Meditation For Dummies") myself to sleep. I get the BEST nights sleep! It's AMAZING what meditation can do! I also have a "sound machine" on my night stand (i like the "rain" setting) and my hubby put up room darkening blinds so my room is PITCH BLACK and that HELPED my sleep more than you could imagine! If i have a really rough day i take a couple ibuprofen 1 hr before bed to also help. I dont likt to because i have mild kidny failure, so im trying White Willow Bark now.
