I loved prednisone when I was on it, it worked great for me, but I am no longer allowed to take it which sucks, I was on it too long and the specialist said no more...Only Plaquenil gave me problems, and I still refuse to try taking it again.

Hi Sdelia! Yup, i can relate! I felt that way too, so my dr took me off it. There are a few meds out there that have done that to me so i go as natural a route as i can! I take alot of Omega 3's along with some other herbs and vitamins that have made SUCH A DIFFERENCE! My neuro LOVES that i would rather do it this way than put me on more "chemically made up in a lab " drugs! I also went vegetarian and i eat as organic as possible. Its more $ BUT we are LUCKY enough to afford it. My husband would rob a bank for me, he's so GREAT. He just likes seeing me better since i made these changes. GOOD LUCK!

I just want to clarify that my lupus, MS ETC. is NOT gone because of the changes i mentioned. I just FEEL better and i am not saying for anyone to do what I do. Especially if you dont talk to your dr. first. The changes i have made have worked for ME. It's MANY lifestyle changes that can HELP us through these illnesses and i just want to share what has HELPED me. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!
