Default Off to the mountains again

Life has been very stressful as of late and so my mouth and nose is filled with sores. I am going in the mountains for 4 nights, to be able to think and relax. Everyone is angry about that too. I'm an adult. The kids are adults. I don't agree with their choices, so I guess they don't have to agree with mine. All I know is, stress is very bad for me and this is good for me. I choose nature and peace.

nobody understands more than me, what stress can do to your body.

you have to do what is right for you.
as long as you are going for the right reasons.....
and not running away from the issues.

    go for it.

i hope you sort out the important things.

Gosh I don't know if it's for the right reasons(grin). Let's see...noone expects me to analyze all their problems and fix them in the woods. I have no time constraints. My BF is at a distance so I can think and figure out what to do concerning him. I can get lost in the most amazing things such as beautiful multicolor mushrooms, lacy white fungus, and awesome waterfalls. I can have long heart to heart talks with God. most of all, I test myself to see how far I can push my body to strengthen it, without wearing it out and flaring. I am in awe as to how hard my body can work and not break down, but give me stress and I am a mess. My mouth is filled with sores from the last couple days of stress.

Are these good reasons? Gosh, I hope so. ((hugs)) to both of you!

Hmmm multicolored mushrooms -you better check w/your pharmacy for possible drug interaction!

Watch out for the big bad wolf-remember what happened to little red riding hood out for a walk in the woods!

But seriously have fun stay safe you will be in our thoughts and prayers.
