    Default Prego Update

    33 weeks and counting!!! Yay
6 weeks until scheduled C-Section but that feels like months away. Baby girl still looking great! 50th percentile for growth so far almost 5 lbs.
Thanks for all of your prayers they help on my super tired days.

We still have not decided on a name yet... Hubby likes Journey... I like Malia, Mia, or Maya. Any suggestions? Anyone??

    Hey there!
Congratulations!!! You must be getting anxious to get her out of you and into your arms, hehe. I like the name maya, but spelled mia. I suppose, maybe Miah...hmm.. Either way, I'm a big fan of that. Journey is pretty cool as well..my favorite name has always been Truly, though. Hehe...silly, but I loved that name ever since I saw chitty chitty bang bang.
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! Here's hoping everything goes smoothly and you have your wonderful baby in your home soon. Blessings
One day at a time, one breath at a time... We can get through this.

I'm excited for you! I'm awful at names and have no suggestions really. I like your choices. I vote for the spelling Mia too. I like that.

I will add you and baby girl to my prayers also.

i like mia also, but it is really your choice.
do not let us interfere too much with a name, it should come from your heart.

I know... we are probably gonna wait until she is born to check her spirit as my husband says.

Oh what wonderful news! So happy for both of you. I love the name Journey. She truly is a miracle baby and all three of you are on a journey together. Bless all you as you anticipate this beautiful new life.

    Leksie,

I am so happy for you. You have made it this far, so the home stretch is going to be a piece of cake.
As for the name, I love Malia.
    Good luck.

I may have been dealt a bad hand, but at least I'm still playing with a full deck. ( most of the time anyway).

Sooo happy for you! Glad to hear that things are going well. I am partial to the the name Mia, since that is my oldest's name - she is 21. I can tell you she was one of the very few when she was born. Even though the name has gained popularity, it is still not a very common name - you shouldn't have to worry about there being several "Mia"s in her class when she starts school! Also, it is popular enough that there are now Christmas decorations w/the name on it, something there never was when my daughter was little and it always made her mad! Best of luck deciding! (((hugs)))

    Leksie,
Whoo hoo - You've made it into the safe zone. Now every day that she hangs in there, she'll add more weight and strength, but she would be healthy if she were born tomorrow. Good job, Mom.
I agree with Lauren - I like Mia. I have Heather, Hillary, Kayla and Meghan. They were all unusual names at the time I picked them. Of course, Marla isn't heard too often either, and I'm sort of partial to it.
She''ll be beautiful no matter what her name is. We'll all be waiting to see those pics.
    Hugs,
    Marla
