I think howling disease should be official - can I have it please?

I have 'I have fried my brain with eggs disease', I was looking for my slippers the other day - spent ages, then realised I had them on.

Manderson - it is the hardest part is waiting for the rheumy appointment and I think lots of us go through the 'checking google' stage, and we scare ourselves. We pin such hopes on finding out what is wrong with us and that its not in our head.

Good luck with your appointment, hope you get some answers.

Well Manderson here all along I thought it was the biotin causing the appearance of a wolf, but now I see it's howling mad disease. Boy is that a relief!

How are you holding up as you wait. You know it helps if you go without makeup and let them see the dark rings, splochy skin and what ever else you are carrying(smile).

So, is your head really pointed? Just thought that might help your cause(wink).

Hang in there! We're all rooting for you here!

Yes, head really is pointed or at least it feels that way sometimes.

Waiting really is a b&tch. I have pretty decent days and I start to think "everything is fine" and then I have one like today where it took at least 2 to 3 hours before I felt human (was like a wolf, you know). I'm really starting to think it's RA along with lupus.

LOL about the makeup.....I stopped wearing blush now because you can kind of see the butterfly rash across my nose and on the cheek. Yesterday it was pretty evident, today not so much.

I believe it is. There truly is reference to us looking like wolves. Lol Now ain't that just wonderful!

Okay so here is what I did to prove the red cheeks at the rheumy. Now I am in now way recommending this. I drove to the rheumy for 45 min. No sunscreen applied. No makeup. Hair a mess, etc. Lol

At the risk of scarring the retinas of everyone in the rheumy's office as well as the rheumy herself, I DO plan on going makeup-less, Loved.

    How come smilies don't work?

    Hello Marie,

You could possibly have RA besides but the bloods will show that hopefully if you do..that's what i hate with this Lupus messing readings up and no showing properly and it costing so many member's such a lot of money to keep on having them, then there's the waiting besides.

Hows your butterfly rash??...definitely go with no makeup on, if i wear mascara now my eyes start itiching and going sore it makes we women pointless looking at.lol

    Love Terry xxx
