I see many doctors, but I'll only mention the two who deserve it:
Dr. Irene Fox (family)
Dr. Steven Neucks (sounds like "noikes") Rheumatologist
both are in the Indianapolis, IN area, North side basically.
I've had two other doctors retire on me who were good, and have been replaced with competent doctors, but they're not in these two's league... dogged determination and a desire to figure it out, from the both of them.
My name is Erin and I am in Perth as well, can you tell me please what type of doctor is Dr KC NG?
Tara Frazier-PA (primary)
Michelle Roy-PA(amazing dermy)
Dr. Yee-(not so great hemo, looking for a new one)
Dr.Blackstone-(maine med high risk gyn-for all my female issues) best.ever!
Going to Dartmouth Hitchcock on sept.18th to see a new rheumy and a nuero(keep ya posted but I expect good cuz it's Dartmouth!)
I live in southern New Hampshire
Can't say I have a rhuemy that I would recommend......the doctor I counted on died a few years back. However, if any of you get to the point where you would need a nephrologist and you live in the Chicago-land area, I highly recommend Dr. Narish Julka. He's the best!
Dr. Marilyn Solsky in Los Angeles. The most attentive, wonderful woman to walk the planet. She's got a really warm demeanor. I love her.
Dr.Veronica Spellings (internal medicine)--Round Rock TX
Dr. Stephanie Booth (rheumatologist)---Austin TX
Dr. Adam Horvit (neurologist)--- Round Rock TX
Dr. Patrick Slater (neurotologist)---Austin TX
I see Dr. Katy Wong (rheumatologist) Bloomington, IL. Dr. Wong is awesome. I am grateful to have found her.
I live in the Dallas, Texas area. I see two rheumies, but I'm not just real crazy about either one. Dr. Stephanie Hennigan in Rockwall is very thorough with notes and questions. She gives me a print out of everything I said and she said. Never seen a doc do that before. I like that about her, and she is easy to get in to see. Dr. Singhal in Mesquite is good, but he is a by the book guy. If the bloodwork doesn't show it, he won't treat it. He also makes light of my symptoms at times. I do like that he spends a lot of time and seems to really listen. I go to him every three months as he suspects something is there and is just waiting for verification. Dr. Hennigan gives me the Neurontin for the neuropathy, and Dr. Singhal gives me the Lodine for the inflammation. I keep going to both for that reason.
I would LOVE to find a doctor anywhere in the Dallas area that specializes in diagnosing autoimmune issues. Right now, I'm still just being treated for symptoms and not for autoimmune. Any one out there have a good doc in this area?
I live in upstate ny. I see Dr. Peter Gorevic in NYC at Mount Sinai. He's very thorough and takes everything I say seriously.
Love this idea.... My new dr in Louisville Ky her name is Rachel Chase she's knows her stuff, is very thorough not a big talker gets to the point
